News from the HEDNA's Hotel Analytics Working Group
2021 was the hospitality industry’s year of recovery. During this time, the hotel analytics working group focused on two areas:
- Customer lifetime value and key online levers to better track investments, tactics, and impact on different channels.
- Improved reporting through collaboration to develop ideal dashboards for key stakeholders.
HEDNA published blogs throughout the year with insights on these topics. Each blog was presented during the Hotel Analytics Working Group monthly meeting.
