Knowland announced today that the Phoenix, Arizona market led the U.S. meetings and events industry by volume for January. Second place went to Orlando, with Washington DC taking third. The leading industry driver for meetings was Technology across four of the top five markets.
As of March 17, 2022, the on-the-books group performance in the US for 2022 already exceeds final group performance for the prior two years, a 122% increase over 2020 and a 50% increase over 2021. With nearly 8 months to go in the year, theres significant opportunity to close the gap to pre-pandemic levels.
