Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has appointed Robert Lowe as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, New York and Area Vice President, Operations, overseeing Mandarin Oriental, Boston, Mandarin Oriental, Washington DC and Mandarin Oriental, Santiago.
Mark has two decades of experience with Mandarin Oriental, initially joining as Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, and then taking on senior leadership positions in Chiang Mai, Marrakech, Manila and Jakarta.

Mr Van Dullemen was previously General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C. and Area Vice President, Operations for the Groups Northeast US operations. He also held senior Mandarin Oriental positions in Hong Kong, Manila, Chiang Mai and Bangkok as well as with Oberoi in India.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has appointed Richard Langonne as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing, taking over from Mark S Bradford, who was at the helm for three-and-half years and has now been given the mission of establishing a new luxury Mandarin Oriental hotel in the southern China city of Shenzhen.
In 2003, the Hilton Group appointed her General Manager of the Hilton Paris, which she ran for five years before taking charge of the Hilton Arc de Triomphe and then Hotel Barrière Le Fouquets Paris. In December 2019, she won General Manager of the Year at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards.
Toydemir joins Mandarin Oriental, Boston from Maybourne Hotel Group in London and Beverly Hills where he served as Director of Sales for North America and the Eastern Region.
Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental, Joanna spent 12 years at Google in general management and sales leadership roles, most recently as Managing Director - Global Partner Business, with responsibility for industry go-to-market and commercialisation for Googles media and technology partners in Asia Pacific.
Mr. Tyler is no stranger to the hotel, having worked at the iconic property in 1998 as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. From there, he held senior positions at leading properties across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North and Central America, gaining extensive experience in operations and management.
