Today, Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced the opening of The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Formerly the historic Gray & Dudley Building, the property was converted to a 124-key boutique lifestyle hotel in 2017.
RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Nashville property is joining the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The 124-room property will undergo a comprehensive renovation next year and relaunch as a rebranded lifestyle boutique hotel within the Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
The 16-story, 306-room hotel is scheduled to open in spring 2024 adjacent to Nashville Yards in the heart of downtown. An official topping out ceremony was held late last week at the construction site of the new hotel.

Chartwell Hospitality today announced the completion of their latest hotel development in Nashville, Tennessee. The newest addition to their Nashville hotel portfolio is a 172-room dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites hotel in the Parke West mixed-use development in Nashville’s West End neighborhood.
The Hilton Hotel will be the tallest building at BNA and the first and only hotel on MNAA property situated at the airport’s terminal door. Vertical construction of the Hilton property commenced on July 1, 2022.
The all-new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville, anticipated to open this September and located just one block from the entertainment hub of Broadway in Nashville’s SoBro distric, is now accepting reservations.
The hotel is scheduled to break ground in March 2022 and open in spring 2024. HRI has entered into an agreement with Hilton to build a 16-story, 306-room focus-service lifestyle hotel adjacent to Nashville Yards in the heart of downtown Nashville.
