Chartwell Hospitality today announced the completion of their latest hotel development in Nashville, Tennessee. The newest addition to their Nashville hotel portfolio is a 172-room dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites hotel in the Parke West mixed-use development in Nashville’s West End neighborhood.

We think these two hotels, and the overall Parke West development, will be a great new asset for the West End neighborhood,” said Will Schaedle, Executive Vice President of Chartwell Hospitality. “This hotel is very close to Vanderbilt University and some of the city’s top employers. The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites West End will provide both leisure and business travelers with new upscale lodging options.”

The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites hotel is located at the corner of Murphy Road and West End Avenue, one of the city’s main paths from affluent neighborhoods into downtown. The dual-branded hotel will feature 172 keys—103 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn and 69 rooms at the Home2 Suites. Amenities include a 10th-floor rooftop pool, lobby bar and restaurant, and approximately 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. All properties in the Parke West development will utilize an underground, 452-space parking garage that Chartwell Hospitality co-developed with GBT Realty. GBT Realty developed the adjacent apartment building and retail spaces within the master development called Parke West.
