Accor announced its latest addition to the Mercure portfolio in India, with Mercure Lucknow. The newly signed hotel is under development by Meghalaya Hotels Pvt Ltd.
Accor introduces its first Grand Mercure property in Agra, a city known for its rich cultural heritage and the iconic Taj Mahal. The new property is strategically located in Fatehabad, a short drive away from the famous tourist site.
Thanks to the agreement signed with the owner, Balance 99 Zrt., the group will franchise the unique historical four-star Hotel Magyar Király in the heart of Székesfehérvár, in the renewed historic area of the city.
Mercure announced the opening of the Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort in Oroklini. The hotel, which is located on the beachfront with a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea, opened its doors on May 2nd.
Featuring 98 rooms and suites, upon its debut in 2025 guests will be invited to enjoy a range of facilities including two food and beverage options, a banquet facility spanning over 300 square metres, a swimming pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
Mercure Prishtina City will be the first Accor property in Kosovo, marking a significant milestone for the local hospitality industry. The hotel celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Kosovo is set to open its doors this year.
Both signings will be a joint venture between real estate fund manager Frogmore and C1 Capital Partners.
