Ennismore today announces Mondrian Cannes, the first Mondrian hotel in France, will open in March 2023. The hotel will open on the site of the town's oldest luxury hotel, formerly Grand Hotel Cannes.

The collection of new properties bring three of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ brands to the region for the first time, including Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza and Hotel Indigo.

The resort sits within the Les Bordes Estate, a 1,400-acre (560-hectare) site in the Sologne forest, home to Les Bordes Golf Club, one of the most prestigious golf clubs in the world. The development will incorporate equestrian and tennis centers, an organic farm, an art gallery, a petting farm, a natural swimming lake with beach, water sports, biking and walking trails.
The new hotel will be located in the middle of the 'new Marseille', the totally renewed urban area around the Marseille harbour and will have 194 rooms, 574 beds as well as 22 parking spaces.
