Feeney comes to Arch with more than 20 years of experience in spa operations and business development. He will be responsible for developing industry relationships to expand Arch’s existing portfolio of 200-plus client partners in wellness, recreation and amenities.
Grey, a global operations leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the health, beauty and wellness industry, will be responsible for leading the creation of wellness programs within Arch’s Spa Division and across the organization.
Ertel formerly was chief financial officer at Alfred, a leading residential technology platform that provides software and property management services to the multifamily real estate industry. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer for Club Quarters, a hotel company based in Stamford, Connecticut.
Smith Cripe most recently worked as an independent marketing consultant and for Elwood Brand Consultancy in New York. Prior to that, she served Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, based in Parsippany, New Jersey, in marketing roles of increasing responsibility leading to group vice president.
