Rotana has signed new management agreements with Al Marasem Development and Marina Way Lagoon. The agreement includes the management of two new properties – Lake Residence, serviced apartments in New Cairo which will also mark Rotana’s debut in the capital city and Marina Bay, Hotel Apartments in Alamein, North Coast.
Rotana has announced the soft opening of Centro Mada Amman. The new property is the first of the Centro by Rotana brand to open in Amman and the third Rotana-managed hotel to join the hospitality group's portfolio in the kingdom.
Rotana, announced today at the Arabian & African Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC) the signing of a new project with Bin Al Sheikh Holding Group, a well-diversified Qatari business conglomerate. The project includes the management of a 400-key Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana and 103-keys under The Residences by Rotana brand.

The group’s pipeline consists of 40 upcoming projects including 10 that will deliver in the next three years more than 3,000 keys to the market.
The hotel is well connected to all main transport routes and can be easily accessed from Sheikh Zayed Road. DXB International Airport is a 15-minute drive away, with key tourist attractions including Dubai Mall and Dubai Frame only a ten-minute drive from the property.
Making its entry into the European side of Istanbul, Rotan has opened two new hotels, Centro WestSide and WestSide Arjaan by Rotana, in partnership with Mar Yapı, a Turkish real estate development company.
Centro Waha Riyadh is the eighth hotel to open under the Centro by Rotana brand in the region, and the fourth by Rotana Group in the Kingdom following the opening of Centro Shaheen in Jeddah.
