MCR has acquired two hotels in Phoenix, Arizona - the 169-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Scottsdale - Old Town and the 121-room Hampton Inn by Hilton Phoenix-Biltmore.
NewGen Advisory (NewGen) brokered the sale of the newly opened Phoenix Downtown AC Marriott. The property was opened in February of 2021 and has 199 rooms and suites, the brand’s signature AC Lounge and AC Kitchen, and a patio that will feature live concerts and other entertainment.
Chicago-based hotel investment and management company, Arbor Lodging Partners, announced last week its latest acquisition and first expansion into the Phoenix market, with AC Hotel Phoenix Downtown.
