In the latest of HVS’s series of webinars, 425 attendees heard a topical discussion from a line-up of expert speakers on the current status of debt finance within the Hotel sector.
The latest in our series of webinars kicked off with positive feedback from an audience poll in which 41% of attendees said they expected investment in hotels to grow by 10% or more over the next 12 months with city centre, full service hotels and resort leisure hotels the sectors most likely to attract investor interest.
Each session will last an hour and will feature short presentations on changes in hotel values from both a regional and global perspective, including the key impact on people and the talent pool, followed by a lively Q&A session moderated by Russell Kett, chairman of HVS London. Questions from delegates will be welcomed.
On15th September attendees at a webinar hosted by HVS, AlixPartners, Bird & Bird and EP Magazine heard a distinguished panel of experts debate the impact of the global pandemic on hotel values across Europe and whether it has, in fact, created an investment opportunity.
On Tuesday 1st September HVS, together with the Israel Ministry of Tourism, presented a lockdown seminar on the Israel Hotel Sector. Some 300 people joined us for this event and you are welcome to watch a video recording.
