Acco has signed an agreement to open a new Mercure hotel in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova under a franchise agreement with a local partner, Coriap SRL. The hotel will be the first Mercure brand in Moldova.
Accor announced the signing of a brand-new hotel in the Republic of Moldova. The group has concluded a franchise agreement with Mr. Ciuhrii Ceslav, real estate investor and developer for the opening of an ibis Styles in proximity of the airport. The hotel will be the first to open in the country and will welcome its first guests in 2024.
The upper upscale property featuring 140 rooms will open in late 2015 after a complete renovation and conversion of the existing Leogrand Hotel & Convention Center Chisinau.
