Ashford Hospitality Trust Provides Update on November Operating Performance

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) reported today preliminary portfolio occupancy of 61.6% for the month of November with an average daily rate of approximately $155 resulting in RevPAR of approximately $95. This RevPAR result represents an approximate decrease of 21% versus November 2019 and is the best monthly performance versus 2019 numbers since first quarter 2020.

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) reported today preliminary portfolio occupancy of 61.3% for the month of August with an average daily rate (ADR) of approximately $153.69 resulting in RevPAR of approximately $94.16. This RevPAR result represents an approximate decrease of 11% versus July 2021 and an approximate decrease of 27% versus August 2019.

The Company reported today a preliminary estimated range of net loss attributable to common stockholders of approximately $(70.5) million to $(68.5) million or $(4.42) to $(4.29) per share, a preliminary estimated range of Adjusted EBITDAre of $30.3 million to $32.3 million, and a preliminary estimated range of Adjusted FFO available to common stockholders and OP unitholders of $(0.3) million to $1.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021.
