DSH Hotel Advisors has arranged the sale of the 48-room Super 8 by Wyndham Ormond Beach, Florida for an undisclosed price on July 11th, 2023.
DSH Hotel Advisors represented the seller, Gardenia Inn Inc., and the buyer, Brahmas Lakeland LLC.
The Siegel Grou announced today that it had acquired the former Stay Suites of America located in Orange Park, Florida. The property, which suffered from deferred maintenance and management issues, was purchased in an all-cash transaction for $7 million and quickly closed in under 30 days.
JLL represented the seller, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust and procured the buyer. In addition, JLL secured acquisition financing for the buyer.
For the trailing twelve months ended December 31, 2022, the hotel’s net operating income was $4.1 million, and its Hotel EBITDA was $4.8 million.
DSH Hotel Advisors announced that Dennis S. Hopper, CCIM, Managing Principal of the firm, and Dylan N. Amin, Senior Investment Associate, arranged the sale of the recently renovated 117-room Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center by Choice Hotels, located in Titusville, Florida for $7,400,000 on March 9th, 2023.
The deal is one of the largest hotel acquisitions in the United States since August 2021. The new owners also announced the signing of a management agreement with Hilton to oversee the resort’s operations under the Curio Collection by Hilton flag.
