ibis Styles is set to open a new property in Benidorm in 2025. Located in an exceptional area, 250 metres from the long Poniente beach, with 3 km of fine sand, this new ibis Styles will be located in an existing establishment which has been acquired by EXTENDAM and its operating partner DG INVEST HOSPITALIY.

Having undergone a thorough renovation and repositioning, the ibis Styles Benidorm hotel will boast 131 rooms, a restaurant, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a rooftop, benefiting from leisure and family demand during the summer and business demand all year round.

Benidorm is one of the most established tourist cities in the Mediterranean and the main tourist destination on the Costa Blanca.

Benidorm is the first Spanish city to receive the Smart Tourism Destination (DTI) certificate, thanks to innovation, digital transformation, accessibility, and its vertical model that allows a better use of resources.

Since last January, it also has funding for the implementation of the Benidorm Vision 360 project, which aims to adapt the city with plans focused on green and sustainable transition, improving energy efficiency, digital transition and competitiveness.

ibis Styles Benidorm is part of the DG INVEST HOSPITALITY Group network (directed by Laurent Gauze and Jean-Charles Delgado). The company also owns the ibis Styles Coruña, the ibis Toulouse Ponts Jumeaux, the greet Alicante Centro Calderón (opening first semester 2024) and recently the ibis Styles Benidorm (opening 2025).
