Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn in Hyderabad. Set to open in 2027, Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North was signed with real estate development company Gohar Paradise and will bring the first Hilton Garden Inn brand hotel to Sindh, Pakistan.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North will take a prime location in the North area of the city, which is currently seeing extensive development and represents a great area of opportunity for businesses. The property will be part of the Gohar Gateway masterplan development, encompassing the hotel, residential tower, mall and entertainment hub, and is in close proximity to the city´s popular religious shrines, such as, Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, as well and the colourful bazaars and many varied restaurant options. The hotel is situated on the Hyderabad Bypass, allowing easy connection to M9 and N5 motorways, leading to Karachi and Lahore respectively.

The 141-guest room Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North will offer 137 King, Twin and Accessible rooms, as well as four Family Suites. The hotel will also feature a fitness centre and outdoor pool, a lobby café and juice bar, an all-day dining restaurant and a rooftop café. Business travellers can also take advantage of the four meeting rooms, while onsite parking is also available for all guests.
