HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the 40-key Karnes City Inn, located at 210 Texas Highway 123, Karnes City, Texas 78118.
The property, built in 2015, was purchased by BH Hospitality Management, based in San Antonio, Texas, from Newstream Capital Partners, based in Roanoke, Texas.
David Rockaway, Partner of Newstream Capital Partners, commented, “Working with Andrew and the HVS team was a true pleasure. They executed well on the plan we all agreed to, communicated well throughout the process, and made sure our sale went quickly and smoothly. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering working with them.”
The Karnes City Inn benefits from its central location in Karnes County, Texas. Karnes County is a part of the Eagle Ford Shale region, which serves as one of the world’s largest contiguous oil and gas plays. According to the University of Texas at San Antonio, this has led to great economic benefits, including over $87 billion in profit and over 155,000 jobs. Opportunities continue to persist in the oil and gas industry in this region, including jobs in exploration and production, transportation, and refining, as well as those related to distribution and the supply chain.
“We are thrilled to have successfully closed the acquisition of this bank-owned asset with a highly qualified buyer, ensuring a swift and seamless transaction. Drawing upon our extensive experience of selling numerous hotels in the Eagle Ford Shale area, we provided expert guidance throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome. We take pride in our ability to deliver value to our clients, and this transaction underscores our commitment to excellence,” said Andrew Frosch, Senior Vice President of HVS Brokerage & Advisory.
