Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC has announced the successful sale of the Holiday Inn Express located at 2415 N. Lincoln Avenue in Fremont, Nebraska. Built in 2003, the 94-key hotel was listed for $9,600,000. Fremont is situated along the Platte River, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, the largest city in Nebraska. The hotel has been a consistent and outstanding performer for a number of years and is among the highest performers in the Express brand in the IHG system.

The Buyer, Oracle Holdings, LLC, an investment group with another hotel holding in the Omaha area, will continue operating the Express under a new 15-year license agreement with IHG. Noble Hospitality out of Manhattan, Kansas assumed management for Oracle.
