Colliers Hotels and Eastdil Secured ILC announced the sale of the InterContinental Montreal on behalf of Pandox AB to Groupe Mach.
The iconic 357-key luxury Hotel is located across the street from the Montreal Convention Centre and is connected to Montreal's World Trade Centre, a full city block shopping centre and commercial complex. The Property is complemented by two upscale food & beverage outlets and over 25,000 square feet of expansive event space, as well as an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, business centre and Club InterContinental Lounge.
Over the coming months, Groupe Mach plans to implement a major investment plan to bring the Hotel up to the highest standards of quality and luxury.
