The cornerstone to HFTP's educational offerings, the Annual Convention is three days of education, networking and recognition of the association's stand-out members and accomplishments from the past year. Submit your best session idea for HFTP's upcoming program to help attendees reach their full potential and advance in their careers. Proposals should be industry-specific and designed for seasoned hospitality professionals.
Conference attendees are interested in hearing about best practices, lessons learned and receiving tangible take-aways they can implement on the job immediately. Topics that were presented last year at the 2021 Annual Convention include: future trends in the private club and travel sectors, clubhouse renovations and capital improvements, accounting fraud and embezzlement, labor and staffing, keeping people engaged and connected, budgeting, data-driven hotel operations, employment law, government relations, an update on the USALI, accounting and tax updates, insurance marketplace trends, and more.
Presenters will receive a complimentary Annual Convention registration in exchange for speaking. Presenters will be responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses incurred by participating in the convention.
